Kitchen Supervisor Job in Hicksville 11801, New York US

Growing Confectionery Manufacturer seeks Kitchen Supervisor.  Responsibilities include supervising cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that formulas and recipes are followed accurately and correctly, production schedules are met, raw materials are planned and requisitioned, GMPs and food safety regulations are adhered to and products meet quality specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience supervising kitchen staff in a restaurant, commercial bakery or food manufacturing business.  Must have well-developed supervisory skills and have the ability to communicate efectively in both English and Spanish.  Panning and Polishing experience a plus.
