We are looking for an outstanding high calibre, dynamic candidate who can show a commercial instinct as an experienced knowledge management professional to manage our sales collateral. You’ll enjoy working hands-on and being actively engaged in getting the work done.
You will be based in Dublin, Ireland, and will form a core part to our small but growing satellite office.
Your role has three core accountability areas to capture and constantly improve our sales collateral by:
- Managing our online library collection to oversee updates and maintenance, cite and implement improvements to our quotes and references, newsletters, case studies, proposals, standards, and media
- Assisting with proposals and competitive bids by contributing to and developing content
- Maintaining and updating core databases and websites including our pipint.com website, internal portal, and our IP database.

You will bring 5+ years of knowledge management expertise from a consulting background to the department, and be:
- University degree qualified in one of the related areas of communications, research or computer systems/ databases
- A solid background in Management Consulting
- Highly process orientated, with a view to define and constantly identify and improve core processes
- An independent and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to actively review, tailor and update materials, to cite discrepancies, gaps and highlight out-dated information
- Exceptional at prioritising and multitasking
- Able to create strong working relationships with colleagues across the globe, as well as external providers in remote locations.
- Very competent in producing client ready documents to final polish from your practical, clear business writing and communication skills; have an impeccable attention to detail
- Extremely strong in customer service skills, with a view of ‘being there to help’
