Knowledge & Research Professional recruitment
Our client is a business strategy consultancy operating on a global basis and they are seeking a Knowledge Manager to work on knowledge and research based initiatives within a dedicated practice area. As the practice specialist, you will work closely with fee earning colleagues to support them with all their knowledge requirements. Typical activities will include:
- Knowledge harvesting
- Sector focused research and insight
- Promoting the concept of knowledge sharing across the firm
- Intranet update and maintenance
You should ideally have several years' experience of KM and research gained in a professional services or consultancy environment where you will have been planning and organising multi-faceted projects, and be able to demonstrate a strategic contribution to the business. You will be focused on supporting the Financial Services practice area so insight to this sector is essential. A commercial mindset and good communications skills are essential. Equally important is a willingness to get 'stuck-in' and be comfortable working in a high-pressure, corporate environment. Applicants will be of graduate calibre. This role is based in Germany (further location details on request) and candidates will either be fluent in German or have an established level of proficiency in the language already.
