KYC PMO
A leading investment bank based in the city is currently commencing a major review of its KYC processes to ensure consistency across its operating divisions and platforms. As a result they are seeking to appoint a PMO to provide support to the PMO Manager, Programme Director and workstream leads.
Responsibilities
- establish and maintain a new PMO frame work for the KYC programme
- assist in launching a programme governance to ensure transparency across all programme activities, defining programme standards, programme planning, budgeting and financial control
- preparing and assisting programme QA as well as preparing presentations for various regular and one-off meetings.
- Manage regular project status updates and risks issues to key stakeholders internally and externally
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the programme
Skills and experience
- Previous experience as a PMO in a similar investment banking organisation
- Understanding of KYC policies
- Previous experience of performing country reviews highly advantageous
