You will need to have strong PHP, SQL and Javascript skills and experience building out large scale, high availability web applications.

Skills Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience building out large scale, high availability web-based applications in PHP and JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js and any js single page frameworks such as Backbone
- Solid API experience using technologies like REST, JSON, XML, etc.
- Strong with relational database concepts and design (SQL)
- Good understanding of security and web development best practices
- MVC development experience Laravel 4, Symfony 2, CakePHP, FuelPHP etc.
- Solid understanding of OOP design patterns, analysis, and coding best practices. Plus ability to recognize crappy code and refactor.
- Significant skill and experience with git
- Real experience with unit testing and front end acceptance testing
- Good understanding of and experience with Composer
Nice to have skills:
- Mobile web development experience
- Understanding of the PSR docs
- Experience with Beanstalk Hosting
- Deployed work in Laravel 4
- Have deployed NoSQL based sites
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails
