Your tasks
The Random House Client Services group is seeking a Lead Analyst, Client Services to join their team. This position provides customer service to users by assisting with desktop PC problems: PC operating systems, office automation products, In House developed applications, network connectivity, printing, and accessibility to shared network resources.

The individual will also be responsible for:
�Assisting users in achieving business goals by keeping the user�s PC and related software tools functioning
�Troubleshooting reported problems, both hardware software.
�Providing new versions of software, being able to install and configure new versions and/or features.
�Providing access to shared network resources by assisting with network logins, help maintain passwords and password protection to resources, access control for resources, etc.
�Assisting in maintaining network connectivity to desktops from IDFs and servers.
�Updating Help Desk call tracking system and maintain information flow with the Help desk and peers
�Evaluating new hardware software products
�Performing special projects as assigned

Our requirements
Ideal candidate will possess:
�Competence in PC operation, configuration and problem resolution.
�Troubleshooting skills are very important
�Project planning ability
�Knowledge of SCCM Administration and SCCM Package Deployment a must
�Knowledge of Active Directory Structure
�A customer service oriented attitude, and the ability to adjust to continuously changing priorities in day to day operations is a must.
�Be able to think independently to find solve problems
