Lead Business Analyst – Portfolio Management / Order Management – London recruitment

 The role-holder will:

-          Define, document and oversee business requirements, flows and processes; create business⁄data models of current state⁄new state data models; and support the business process implementations.

-          Identify and manage business requirements change and implications across the lifecycle and will manage traceability of requirements, ensuring technology deliveries are in line with business requirements.

-          Oversee functional impact analysis in the event of changes to business objectives, requirements and⁄or technical data⁄architectures⁄platforms.

-          Support the business through the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase, by responding to queries regarding business process and ensuring business requirements are identified and captured.

-          Directly line-manage a team of approximately ten business analysts.

All applicants must have:

-          Line management experience

-          Strong hands-on BA experience

-          Excellent domain experience:

o   Several years’ working in Investment banking / buy-side environments

o   Several years’ working on portfolio and/or order management experience
