Senior Manager / MA group / Transaction Advisory Services department

Key Responsibilities:
• Serves as a project team member
• Sources and executes deals
• Effectively organizes and plans the achievement of the assigned tasks
• Develops and assists in completing engagement outputs by analyzing information, preparing solutions, and presenting engagement conclusions and recommendations
• Conducts performance reviews and contributes to performance feedback for junior team members
• Contributes to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining MA professionals
Key Requirements:
• Western university degree with major in Finance (Finance Modeling, Corporate Finance);
• MBA will be a plus;
• CFA holder or evident progress towards obtaining CFA membership
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance / Mergers and Acquisitions / Business Modeling / Investment Banking spheres
• Experience in origination and execution of Investment Banking Deals, MA or related activity or post qualified experience in MA or related advisory role in professional organization;
• Excellent skills in analytical and finance modeling;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Advanced level of English.
