Top tier Investment Management house requires a Lead Business Analyst with experience working with derivatives and trade flow change in an operations and investment environment. The team that this person will join is responsible for the analysis and delivery of any changes required across core architecture so a good understanding of this as well as the asset management industry is essential.
Knowledge of derivatives in a change capacity across areas such as portfolio accounting, performance, asset servicing and trade processing is a must as is the ability to liaise from both a technical and business perspective.
The ability to design and implement process and organisational changes along with interpreting business requirements into system requirements is also paramount.
Solid Business Analysis skills developed in the asset management industry are key.
