Manager
The role:
Your role will be to lead a team focusing on the origination and execution of retained, exclusive and contingent search mandates across the spectrum of MA / Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Asset Management. The team is predominantly front office focused across business origination roles, both buy side and sell side, combined with fund manager and equity research roles.
The team covers roles from Analyst to MD level. The Manager role would be expected to focus on senior mandates.
Responsibilities:
• Origination and execution of retained, exclusive and contingent search mandates.
•Managingof a team of consultants focusing on the sector.
• Achievement of both an individual and a team income target.
• Management of a portfolio of clients across the Investment Banking and Asset Management spectrum.
Who we are looking for:
You will be an accomplished recruiter with substantial Financial Services experience and a strong track record of success.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A strong track record as a profitable Consultant in the Financial Services arena.
• Management experience and the drive and ambition to build market leading teams.
• Excellent knowledge of the Financial Services sector, including Corporate Finance and Asset Management.
• The credibility and gravitas to meet and impress senior Investment Bankers.
• A determined attitude and drive to succeed.
• Strong networking, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and the willingness to take ownership of their portfolio roles.
