My client are a leading Corporate bank undergoing the biggest transformations within the Cash Management/Payments space in the next 5 years. They’re looking for a driven Business Analyst to take ownership and lead one of the key work streams within the programme.
In what is a highly visible role, you will be responsible for a team of Business Analysts, working closely with key stakeholders to extract key information to produce the Global Payments requirements, particularly focused around high and low value payments.
This is an opportunity to play a major part in the bank’s global transformation as it looks to roll out across Europe, Africa and the US in the coming years. They are therefore looking for someone with excellent experience in the payments world, but who is also confident to come in to lead and shape the way in which they move forward.
Suitable candidates should possess the following skills and competencies:
- Excellent Business Analysis experience within the Payments/Cash management area
- Requirements engineering and business modelling
- Good understanding of the deliverables and processes required to enable the effective delivery of IT solutions
- Experienced in assessing the ‘as is’ state and how this reflects in to the ‘to be’ process
- Supporting the Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Experience of working on High Value or Low Value Payments projects including E-payments (BACS/CHAPS), SWIFT, SEPA or Faster Payments
- Global Pay Plus (GPP - Fundtech) knowledge is desirable
- A relevant degree or equivalent
