The Strategic Change Management team is a key support function which provides change management capability to the General Insurance business.  Specifically the team has responsibility for delivery of the General Insurance change portfolio.

The role holder will join the Business Analyst practice pool and will be responsible for the scoping, requirements collation and analysis, and business solution design for small projects or a components of larger projects.

As well as having experience of large scale change programmes and dealing with a range of stakeholders at various levels, the successful candidate will need to have proven Leadership skills – as they will deputise for the Practice manager in their absence. In addition they will need to have experience of coaching and mentoring individuals.
