About the role
The CRM programme team includes an important Business Analyst function. This role will face off to the user community and key business stakeholders, analysing business processes, capturing and agreeing requirements and working with the delivery teams to build effective solutions. This role will lead business change initiatives for the CRM platform
About you
The role holder will be required to build effective relationships with a cross section of the user community, senior bankers and key business stakeholders. The role holder must be able to demonstrate structured analysis techniques, produce timely requirements documentation appropriate to their audience (developers, testers, technology management). They will also drive understanding of the proposed solution through meetings, presentations etc. The role holder will be able to demonstrate successful project implementation within a large/corporate environment with experience of CRM and Microsoft Dynamics.
