We currently have two openings for Lead Clinical Nurses.

The Lead Clinical Nurse is responsible for the overall Nursing Management for the Pediatrics Department and participates as a member of nursing leadership groups in decisions affecting the delivery of patient care. This position is also responsible for overseeing Pediatric clinical quality improvement initiatives as directed by the department chair or other designated physicians and ensures efficient and effective back office operations.

Requirements include:

·         Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

·         Must possess current RN California licensure

·         Current valid CPR and IV certifications

·         3 years of experience in clinic-based nursing and 1 year of supervisory/management experience

·         Clinic Nurse Leader (CNL) certificate is preferred
