Lead Flexcube Business Analyst (Core Banking/Payments/DDA)
This hire will manage the delivery of the end-to-end requirements management process for a brand-new Core Banking and DDA platform in particular the translation of business requirements into technical requirements and ensuring all systems conform to the stated requirements.
Specifically the successful hire will work closely with senior business partners to determine requirements, develop functional designs based on analysis of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure, and work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated into working technical designs.
Requirements
- Corporate/Wholesale Banking especially in Core Banking, Payments and DDA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record in managing the full requirements life cycle of large scale technology efforts.
- Forecasting resource estimates, budgeting, tracking, reporting and delegation against complex projects.
- Strong working knowledge of business and system use case development.
- Strong working knowledge of the end to end requirements process and relevant process design experience .
- Quality productivity methodologies (eg, Six Sigma, TQM, CMM).
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Visio and MS Project.
- Functional knowledge of the Flexcube Core Banking solution.
