Settlement Analyst – Payment Run

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Run the payment run on a daily basis from company's different accounts from SAP, and through Citidirect payment system.
  2. Cash allocation for account receivables in various company codes in SAP
  3. To clearing payment related items (inbound and outbound) GL accounts
  4. Daily reconciliation between SAP and Citibank reports
  5. To resolve any issues relating to payment and IHC accounts. To book the rejected payment/refunds back into SAP and follow up in the next payment run.
  6. To deal with the enquiry relating to the payment both internally and externally
  7. To update payment status in ETRM system.
  8. Monthly reconciliation reports in relation to the payment run
  9. To circulate AR/AP outstanding report and assist for chasing aged debtor payment (if any)
  10. To assist trade control team for daily deals reporting and analytical reports
  11. To assist to provide weekly funds statement to Treasury Department
  12. To carry out with the procedure/process for the implementation of ICTS or other network system
  13. To support Settlement team's other tasks

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications - Degree in Finance/Banking/Commercial/Maritime Studies or equivalent

Professional Background - Finance, Accounts or equivalent

Working Experience - Minimum 3 years relevant experience
