Lead Generator

A well established company offering insolvency solutions for both consumers and businesses, they are seeking for a new client advisor to join their growing business, this is a pivitol role offering a consultative service and providing advice and guidance.

Making outbound calls to generate leads for the sales team that result in generation of new business to the organisation. Ensuring that the process is efficient and compliant whilst adhering to all the companies procedures and standards.

Responsibilities
 - Responsible to communicate with customers in order to identify opportunities by using effective questioning techniques and objection handling techniques
 - Progress each call through to relevant department dependant on product offering
 - Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
 - Deal with telephone enquiries varying in complexity
 - Input and maintain accurate data within relevant software
 - Maintain diary and daily tasks utilising the relevant software
 - Participate in internal and external marketing events when required
 - Maintain relationships with internal and external professionals
 - Ensure all calls are compliant in accordance with regulatory requirements
 - Assist with all ad hoc activities as requested by Manager
 - Achieve all KPI and personal objectives agreed with respective Manager on a quarterly basis
 - Attend internal or external training events
 - Required to assist less experienced members of the same team

 - Good organisational and planning skills
 - Self motivated
 - Committed to producing work to high standards paying particular attention to detail
 - Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
 - Good written and verbal communication skills
 - Listening skills
 - Good mathematic and problem solving skills
 - Computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant IT systems
 - Ability to adapt to changing work situations and to be receptive to new approaches and ideas
 - Good understanding of how relevant statutory regulations impact on the role
 - Knows the boundaries of the job and how to escalate to more senior levels
 - Good understanding of quality standards required
 - Well-developed product knowledge of all services
  - Able to undertake a range of mathematical calculations/activities relevant to the role
