Lead Portal Developer, AVP recruitment

It is essential to have strong understanding and knowledge of all aspects of SAP NetWeaver technologies and project planning and management are required. Additionally a deep understanding of being able to translate customer requirements, developing requirements and then validating that both the technical and functional requirements have been developed, before delivering back to the customer will be required.

Additional responsibilities: mentoring and tutoring junior team members. May also be responsible for integration testing phases of the project and test problem resolution of custom developments.

The candidate will be expected to proactively improve their skills and take on greater responsibilities as they grow into their role. There are significant opportunities for career development and training.

Minimum requirements:
- 7 years of experience in SAP HR Portal Development (SAP ECC 6, EP7)
- Deep experience in Web Dynpro (ABAP/Java) ABAP
- Deep Experience in ESS development
- Deep Experience in MSS development
- 2+ years of NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS) development
- Good knowledge of EHP4 / and Human Capitall Management (HCM)
- Overall understanding of NetWeaver architecture and NWDI
- Workflow and Smart forms experience
