Description
The Product Development Analyst IV leads product support, quality assurance, and software design and development for the assigned functions. Leads product delivery. Locates, writes-up, tests, and closes bugs in the product. Leads maintenance and execution of functional test plans and creates and monitors automated regression cases to improve software quality. Leads research and development of functional specifications for new and renovated functionality. Leads the process of moving product from conception to approval. Provides documentation for assigned functions. Researches and resolves functional and technical issues, presents cross-training sessions, and provides implementation support and client demonstrations. Leads support for email, web, implementation, sales, and marketing. Mentors other analysts and acts as an internal industry expert.

Qualifications
Must have strong deductive reasoning and diagnostic problem solving skills and a customer service focus. 6+ years relevant experience required.
Degree in computer science, information systems, math, or equivalent. Other degrees considered.
Preferred candidates will have knowledge of and experience using PACE and/or experience in supporting financial data warehouse, PL/SQL
