Description
The Product Development Analyst III participates in product support, quality assurance, and software design and development for the assigned functions. Participates in product implementation and delivery. Locates, writes-up, tests, and closes bugs in the product. Maintains and executes functional test plans and creates and monitors automated regression cases to improve software quality. Participates in research and development of functional specifications for new and renovated functionality. Participates in the process of moving product from conception to approval. Provides documentation for assigned functions. Researches and resolves functional and technical issues, presents cross-training sessions, and provides implementation support and client demonstrations. Provides support for email, web, implementation, sales, and marketing. Mentors other analysts.

Qualifications
Must have strong deductive reasoning and diagnostic problem solving skills and a customer service focus. 3 - 6 years relevant experience required.
BS degree in computer science, information systems, math, or equivalent. Other degrees considered.
Preferred candidate will have experience using PACE and/or experience in supporting financial data warehouse, Pl/SQL.
