Lead Program Manager, Service Value Commitment
- Document and observe the interactions and interfaces between the Home Office and advisor offices noting opportunities to eliminate waste, increase productivity and eliminate complexity
- Design innovative future states based on various advisor needs and segments. The goal is to increase advisor efficiency so they can focus on growing their business and achieving their goals.
- Partner with Advisor Facing Technology, Business Consulting, IAS and IS Management, Chief Marketing Officer, Strategic Planning, BTS, BDSS, GRC and other areas to gather and prioritize needs and ideas (current state), design future state, and communicate to advisors
- Create execution plan to bridge the gap between current and future states focusing on most critical needs and priorities
- Influence, train, and coach on lean management principles and tools to achieve desired results
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators and savings
- Facilitate and lead cultural and strategic change across functional departmental boundaries and into advisor offices
- Lead leadership workshops on principles of lean, cultural transformation, and changing mindsets and behaviors
- Develop a team-based learning work environment along with the appropriate structure
- Must be able to work independently in developing and implementing lean transformation plans in a diverse organization
Essential Functions :

Minimum Education Required: BA/BS, MBA preferred
Minimum Experience Required: 5-10 years experience in lean with a heavy emphasis on identifying and exceeding customer needs
Licenses/Certifications: Lean Certification, highly preferred
Software/Systems Skills Required: MS Office, Visio, Sharepoint
