Lead Reticle Operator

Kelly Services has and immediate need for a Lead Reticle in the greater Metro area. This operator will be using standard photolithographic techniques, including spin-on, photo-develop and cleaning of optics under microscope in preparation for vacuum deposition while coordinating production schedules and priorities. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Some or all of the followings: ? Communicate with production planner and manufacturing manager to set priorities for the reticle team ? Track and report first pass yields, scrap, and rework hours, as well as set goals for the production team and inspire the team to meet the goals ? Following daily required schedule ? Spin-on, photographing/developing or cleaning optics ? In process inspection ? Packaging optics ? Disposing chemical waste (acetone, developer) solution ? Polishing optics ? Touching up pinholes Successful candidate will have a High School diploma, Bachelor's preferred. 5 years experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment, optical or semiconductor experience preferred. Ability to set priorities for self and team members to achieve quality results, on time. Experience with DMAIC methodology for process improvement. Must have experience in a production environment using a microscope. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with management and reporting staff. Must be able to work with chemicals used in the semiconductor industry. A positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and the ability to work as a team member in a fast paced environment are essential.
