Lead Technical Architect / Investment Banking recruitment
This project will be developed using state-of-the-art technologies and software development techniques, supporting an extensive number of Events per Day, covering all Asset Classes and Trading desks across the Firm. Within this position, the primary business sponsors are Finance, Operations and Risk, with significant stakes being held by Front Office Businesses.
You will currently/have previously worked within a similar environment, and so gained experience designing Real-Time, Event-driven systems and Service-orientated Architectures. The successful candidate will have experience building very large OLTP/reporting Databases within an Agile Development environment, and have a deep understanding of Java and the run time VM. You will also have fluency with Virtualization and Grid Techniques, a working knowledge and experience with Functional Scripting Languages, and extensive experience in technology selection within the space of databases, services architectures and languages.
