We are currently recruiting for a skilled, talented and experienced HCM Consultant with expertise on the HCM Workday system, on behalf of a leading global Management Consulting Firm, to work onsite at a number of clients in Europe to provide high level Project, Functional and Technical expertise on the implementation, configuration and function of Workday Systems as a primary tool for Human Capital Management.

Our client is one of the world's largest Management Consulting companies, they employ over 150,000 people in over 100 office and are present in more than 60 Countries worldwide; this renowned organization counts amongst its clients more than half of the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies; assisting them across all areas of consulting, from Human Capital to Finance Accounting, Technology Integration, Enterprise Performance Management, Procurement, etc.
Currently, as part of their on-going organic growth and service improvement, they have engaged us to find them a skilled and experienced senior-level HCM Consultant with strong knowledge of the Workday HCM System to lead a team of analysts, engineers and consultants at a number of prestigious client's sites in the implementation, configuration and rollout of Workday HCM as the main Human Capital Management System.
The right person for the job will have the following skills and experience:
ü Excellent knowledge and experience of HCM and HCM Technology transformation projects
ü Excellent knowledge and experience of Workday HCM System
ü Excellent knowledge and experience of Business Process design in Workday HCM
ü Excellent knowledge and experience of Core HCM process design in Workday HCM
ü Excellent knowledge and experience of Managing large and complex, multinational projects
ü Excellent knowledge and experience of HCM Transformation Projects
As well as the above we are looking for someone with good communications and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with clients at all levels and manage onshore/offshore team both functionally and technically.
This role will encompass the full consulting and project lifecycle, covering the following tasks:
v Business and Requirements Analysis
v Managing the Design/Development and Testing phases.
v Client and Stakeholder management
v HCM Business Process Design and implementation
v Reporting and business / client interfacing.
