Leading distressed debt fund – Analysts and Associates recruitment
This fund operates primarily in the mid market, seeking to invest across the capital structure, and is focussed on making long term returns. The business is global, with several offices world wide and more than 200 employees. It has a broad mandate and invests in varied transactions from recapitalisations, to restructurings, to MBOs, to distressed and turnaround situations.
We are seeking to hire at both the Analyst and Associate levels for the London team. For the more junior position, you should be working at Analyst level within a leading global investment bank (in MA or leveraged finance). For the Associate level position, you should have between one to three years of experience gained within a leading private equity or distressed debt fund. We are looking for people with exceptional academic backgrounds. You should have a degree from a top-tier institution, ideally in a numerate discipline. Exposure to debt capital markets is strongly preferred.
