Leading Global Consultancy - Liquidity Risk Change / Capital Management Change Consultants
Leading Global Consultancy in London is looking for several strong Liquidity / Capital Management Consultants to work as Project Managers / Programme Managers within their Risk Management function.
As a SME in Liquidity / Capital Management, you will own and deliver complex risk change projects within financial services whilst engaging with senior client stakeholders and leading teams. Possess a good understanding of capital calculation, methodologies, processes, operating models, data feeds and other critical business and technology components. This should cover areas such Regulatory Capital, Economic Capital, Leverage Ratio, Capital at Risk and RWA calculation parameters.
A good understanding of the regulations - e.g. Basel II/III and how they apply to liquidity risk and capital measurement. This should include knowledge of the multiple asset/product tiers and the impact on operational requirements for handling “high quality assets”.
Ability to demonstrate the administration and day to day running of project/programme management including an understanding of the complete project lifecycle and challenges of scale and people management (e.g. RAIDs, plans, resource management).
Have a proven track record of delivering change initiatives by leading teams that have delivered within a complex banking environment. You must be able to demonstrate shaping the deliverables of the project and clear ownership and accountability for delivery.
As a Management Consultant, you will be working with clients within Investment Banking and Financial Services to provide Finance Risk Management services. Have excellent understanding of complex change initiatives in the global financial services industry.
Strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills and be credible working at a senior level. This is a client focused role, therefore excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under little supervision.
Solid CV with outstanding academics, numeracy, IT literacy and communication skills. Most importantly the potential to rapidly add value in this extremely switched on environment.
