Lean Process Lead – Financial Services
For this Financial Services Giant we are looking for a Lean Process Lead. You will be responsible for Engagement Leadership Coaching, Regional Stakeholder Management and governance Value Capture. You will have proven Lean deployment experience across, ideally in Finance/Investment Banking.
Experience / Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal written)
- Lean/Six Sigma experience. Demonstrate the value added through Lean general re-engineering techniques to large scale projects.
- Skilled in process architecture
- Confidence to reach out to different functions and regional leaders to obtain required information and manage stakeholder expectations
- Attention to detail have ability to articulate key points emanating from team analysis and be able to defend these at steering committee meetings
- Translate team findings into meaningful results working with stakeholders
