S/He will be responsible for assisting in the ongoing technical support and administration of the firm's Eze Castle Trading/Order Management System and other associated software applications. This support includes writing SQL queries for report creation, managing FIX connections, acting as a liaison with vendors, drafting and executing project plans, and interacting with traders and portfolio managers on trading related issues.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will hold a BA/BS in Computer Science/Business or related area, and 5+ years of IT, equity trading and/or investment operations background. S/He will also have a working knowledge and experience with at least one equity trading order management system, preferably Eze Castle, but not required. S/He will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft related technologies and have a general business/operations perspective of the investment management business. The successful candidate will also have the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and have strong business and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
