Lean Programme Manager- Tier 1 Bank- London- £100-120K++ recruitment
Lean Programme Manager required by my client, a Tier 1 Bank based in London. This Director-level role will operate within the bank’s Investment Banking arm, spearheading their Finance BPR Lean Programme. The Programme has a global remit and its main aims are to build a community of Lean Practitioners, embed a culture of continuous improvement, delivering benefit to the business through the removal of waste.
The Lean Programme Manager will help build the Lean and Continuous Improvement competency, define the programme’s governance structure, manage key stakeholder relationships, communicating the programme’s vision and outcomes across the business. As such, the applicant must possess the following:
- Excellent understanding and experience of Lean and its application
- Proven record in managing large scale, complex programmes in Investment Banking
- Experience in managing a team of at least 20+
- Pragmatist and resilient in a fast paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management interpersonal skills
