The role of the Senior Operational Excellence and Process Consultant is to manage and execute process re-engineering efforts across a portfolio of smaller reengineering projects or play a key role in one of the global priority reengineering programmes.
We are looking for candidates capable supporting various levels of operational transformation and change programmes design, set up and deployment (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, OpEx), whilst managing international teams on tactical and strategic projects.
The successful candidate will be working on a number of high profile transformation projects, with executive committee visibility. This is an opportunity to work in a highly visible role operating in a fast paced internal change team, testing your experience on some of the most visible change agendas.
Key Skills (Required):
- Management Consultancy background preferred
- Excellent experience in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt Certified)
- Proven delivery of Change Management / Process Improvement projects.
- Experience of managing projects and teams to deliver solutions in complex business environments.
- Excellent influencing skills and exposure to working with senior management levels within an organisation essential.
- Strong understanding and experience within Retail Banking/Wealth Management/Commercial Banking essential
- Identify end-to-end re-engineering opportunities across the business.
- Identify additional customer needs that were previously unrecognised by the customer; involves customer in developing solution options.
- Develop and improve stakeholder relationships to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes.
- Dealt effectively with highly complex commercial information and business challenges to create strategic business plans which effectively deliver results
