The Role
You will manage all Learning Development as well as logistical and admin activities. Contribute to projects in terms of stakeholder management and content design. You will assist with creating courses invites for enrolment, manage course enrolment, update learning histories for employees, support for employees enquiring about trainings and enrolment, liase with Training Providers on course materials, feedback forms. You will also set-up of training facilities, equipment, training materials and liaise with external meeting venue Providers for off-site trainings.
Subsequently, you will support on all administrative matters pertaining to post training. This includes invoices processing and follow-up, updating attendance records and compilation on course evaluations. Further, you will provide administrative support on database management.
Your Profile
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in a financial institution. You are strong in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to multi task and operate in a dynamic environment.
