Learning and Development Practitioner
My client, a private residential care business is looking to appoint a learning and development practitioner to work with nurses at their site in Peterborough.
It is essential that you have a relevant nursing degree or nursing qualifications and have worked in a similar role.
You will ensure consistent nursing practice across the board, through effective development and delivering of training material. You will draw on your nursing experience to ensure the company becomes a learning environment for staff to thrive in.
Other duties will include liaising with universities, support the recruitment process of nursing staff, develop the company Induction programme.
