VP – Fixed Income
One of the top investment banks in London seeks a Compliance Officer to cover their Fixed Income Compliance - Rates FX business.
The firm is based in the City of London and has one of the largest loan books in Europe. With an excellent presence in the fixed income trading markets, you will be providing regulatory guidance and advice to one of the top trading floors in London.
The bank understands the demand for Compliance professionals is very competitive at the moment and therefore would be willing to speak to individuals who meet the following criteria but may not have a pure compliance background:
* University degree
* Excellent understanding of either FX or Interest Rate trading
* A minimum of 5 years experience in Compliance or working at one of the major Investment Banks within the trading environment and specialising in either FX or Rates - candidates coming from Operations, Risk or Product Control will be considered provided they can demonstrate an understanding of the products and associated regulatory risks.
* Excellent interpersonal skills: strong communication, ability to lead training programs; strong report-writing skills and above all, the ability to interact confidently with senior business managers and Heads of Department.
