Learning and Development Trainer

This well known and funky telecommunications company are looking for a learning and development trainer for an immediate 3 month contract.

Working in the HR team, you will be responsible for:

Designing and delivery of the training material for their internal system
Designing and delivery of the training material for their performance management system and a bit of delivery with this
Continuing their capital training including developing materials for their products, plans and compliance training etc.

To be successful for this role you should have :

1-2 years LD design and delivery experience, ideally working with customers in a call centre or retail environment
Strong presentation skills
Ability to have fun

You should be able to start ASAP and be able to commit to a 3 months full time contract
