Quality Manager II
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities * Formulates and administers policies and procedures to enhance quality. * Works with line managers to define quality improvement strategy which delivers financial benefits to a defined area of the business. * Identifies areas of improvement through the analysis of warranty issues, internal audit, and customer complaints. * Responsible for establishing and ensuring that preventative actions are implemented and corrective actions are taken within area of responsibility. * May be responsible for ISO Certification and training compliance, working closely with management. * Supervise the work of others. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 10 year's experience. * 5 years in Quality and Manufacturing * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent analytical skills. * Knowledge of current trends and developments in Quality Assurance. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and practices. * Basic knowledge of division or plant products.
