Job Description:
Adecco has 10-12 immediate needs for call center/customer service candidates with at least 1 year of call center experience. These positions will require a resume and interview with our customer.
Position is 40 hours a week and will require candidates to have a flexible schedule.
Our customer is currently looking for new talent to join a growing Sales Support Team that services one of their clients that is the international leader in child education and family solutions. As part of this team, you will play a consultative role with parents looking to place their children in suitable early education/childcare environments. You will be responsible for establishing the initial customer relationship and ensuring the utmost in creating rapport for a final result in scheduling an on-site tour of the appropriate facility. A combination of being a good listener, articulate, solution oriented, and possessing the ability to position benefits, features and value proposition to determine and fulfill a need and overcome any plausible objections will make you an ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity!
Rep Requirements
• 6 mos -1 year experience in a contact center, with a focus on presales or customer care environment
• Prior childcare experience (6 mos or more)
• Ability to use phone system and navigate proficiently through multiple application simultaneously
• Lead management and nurturing experience
• Sales and customer service experience
• Up sell/cross selling experience preferred
• Thorough understanding and ability to position product benefits, features and value proposition
Key Traits
• Ability to empathize and be sensitive to customer anxiety and respond appropriately
• Ability to effectively represent customer brand and build rapport with parents
• Strong communications skills
• Prior teaching or early child care experience
• Problem solving skills –ability to think logically, identify customer needs and resolutions that meet those needs.
• Customer service skills - ability to probe and identify customer need
• Ability to identify how the brand can fit the customer’s needs through the use of available tools and information
