Learning Delivery Specialist – Assoc Director Level recruitment
You will be tasked with a variety of duties including
•Provide end-to-end program management and administration for Wealth Management programs (including registration, tracking, and subject matter expert briefing and reporting).
•Localize design and deliver training in the area and deliver induction training for new Client Advisors (CA)/Client Advisor Assistants (CAA) focused on key business applications and processes
•Take the localized program concept and conduct the detailed design and materials creation
•Manage the Business University learning programs in the above areas for SGP/HK
•Work with CA and CAA to drive business efficiency and growth through the leveraging of key tools, applications and business processes
•Provide necessary training for planned rollouts of new and enhanced business applications
•Liaise with program stakeholders
•Train and manage subject matter expert speakers for the programs
•Deliver classroom training
•Localize train-the-trainer approach, deliver train-the-trainer
•Ensure that the content of all courses is up to date and regionally aligned where appropriate.
•Ongoing maintenance / updating of material
•Evaluate course feedback / quality management and work to continually improve the design and delivery of learning offerings
•Track Learning related target key performance indicators, operational level agreements and service levels to clients and work to resolve any issues arising, escalating to Learning Delivery Team Lead where appropriate
Attributes:
• Strong interest in and knowledge of strategic priorities of the bank
•Good project management, planning and organizing skills
•University degree or equivalent (e.g. in business administration or organizational development)
•Demonstrated ability to respond to changing trends and needs of audience
•Demonstrated ability to create easy, to understand explanation as it relates to complex situations, products and practices
•Highly professional, proactive and focused with strong analytical and communications skills
•Banking and/or Wealth Management experience
•Strong communication skills
MAndarin Speakers are preferred due to Regional business requirements.
