Our client is a leading Investment Bank with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Learning Development Consultant to join their team.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to a regional LD Director,Asia, you will be the key learning partner to develop soft skills training programs across the business. You will be hands on from content design, delivery to evaluation. There will be a focus on designing senior leadership programs from planning to execution. Additionally you will support global and regional talent development projects.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 6 years proven track record in the LD/Talent Management space within Financial Services Industry.
- You will have solid experience in designing soft skills and leadership training programs.
- A strong communicator, you will have excellent presentation and coaching skills, able to influence seniors.
- You will have strong project management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential. Other Asian languages will be an advantage.
