Learning & Development Manager
Our Client, is a highly successful group of financial services companies based in Manchester. Strategically they are looking to develop their HR and Leaning Development teams in 2015 and are looking for a permanent Learning Development Manager to join their team.

The Learning Development Manager will be responsible for the full learning cycle, devising, designing and delivering inductions, commercial, regulatory, soft skills training, management development and some technical skills. You will be maximising the use of the LD resources available to provide effective and prioritised consultancy, design, delivery and evaluation services to key stakeholders across the business. You will also liaise with 3rd party e-learning and classroom training suppliers, authorising content, as well as devising and delivering your own content with a focus on blended learning.
The ideal candidate will have managed the training cycle in a complex business environment and have had exposure to either financial service regulatory environments or large scale contact centre teams. With super interpersonal skills, you will be able to partner with senior business leaders, delivery inspirational training and coach others to do the same. Accountable for your results, you will enjoy seeing continued high performance across the business due to the efforts of you and your team.
