Learning & Development Manager, SME Banking recruitment
This position is responsible for supporting the latest SME Banking business strategy with learning solutions, apply product the life cycle management disciplines to manage the end-to-end execution of learning solutions, and build a learning culture in the business by engaging key stakeholders. You will a key focal point of face to face stakeholder engagement, training consultancy, and development advisory to the learners and their managers.
Specifically, you will facilitate the learning agenda aligning to the SME Banking learning framework and development strategy to meet the needs of the business. You will work jointly with the global curriculum design team in developing and customizing appropriate learning solutions that meet the needs of the business, and management relationship with key stakeholders to identify and meet the business learning and development needs.
You will be the specialist consultant with business stakeholders to diagnose development needs, design and deliver sustainable learning solutions aligned to strategic business objectives in consultant with the overall retail banking group. Provide coaching to frontline managers and staff to enhance learning application after classroom learning and contribute to the development of retail banking and SME learning agenda. Additionally, you will ensure the quality of learning solutions meets both with wider business and external standards under the bank's certification and FICS accreditation framework.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking, ideally with some experience within the SME segment. Good facilitation and consultation skills, strong understanding of retail banking products business model, and excellent communication and engagement skills. You should have strong planning, strategy and execution skills. Self-motivated with high energy levels, and a real and deep passion regarding people development, and a team player with sensitivity to team dynamics. Strong knowledge and experience of learning design and evaluation practices. Robust stakeholder management skills with be critical. Candidates should be based inSingapore with a knowledge of the local banking landscape.
