Learning Management System Analyst 3 Job in Bethesda, Maryland Us

Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Learning Mangement Functional Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Arlington, VA and Bethesda, MD.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Process Solutions Group working with a Department of Defense program. We are looking for a talented individual who can perform as Learning Management functional analyst for a Plateau Upgrade and customer deployments within the LMS solution.

Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer service satisfaction, maintaining visibility with the customer, consistently delivering timely, high quality products and services on current and/or new task orders/contracts, and working effectively with our employees, subcontractors, and the Government staff in a diverse team environment. Work is onsite and will require a TSSCI security clearance.

Other responsibilities include:

Gathering requirements through interaction with multiple customers of the LMS solution across the IC

Decomposing high-level business and user-defined requirements into system functional requirements and design documents

Defining quality attributes, interfaces, constraints and other non-functional requirements

Completing requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirements statements are complete, consistent, traceable, unambiguous, feasible and verifiable

Participating with team members in prioritization of identified requirements

Participating in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents

Managing requirements traceability information and tracking the status of requirements throughout the stages of implementation.

Developing effective testing plans and scripts, as well as defining expected results for all tests

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience with IT Systems

Excellent listening, analytical, oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Excellent functional documentation skills

Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and changing priorities

Ability to work as a member of a team or independently as requested

Must have a Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic familiarity with any of the following COTS products- Plateau, Saba, QuestionMark

3+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems

Must be eligible for TSSCI
