Learning & Talent Management – Investment Bank recruitment

Our client is a major international investment bank with an unparalleled global brand name. This role represents an outstanding opportunity for an Learning Development (LD) professional to join a top-tier organisation and be part of its growth around the region. The position will be based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of LD for the region, you will partner with your HR colleagues and the business line to analyze the training needs of the business throughout the region and to design and develop the appropriate training plans. You will play a hands-on part in the implementation of all LD initiatives and programs and also manage program logistics and relationships with third party training companies. The role will cover the full scope of LD and TM including change management, succession planning, and performance management and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 4 years experience within Learning and Development from best practice environments. You will possess detailed knowledge of training needs assessment, program development, and facilitation, together with very strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential. Above all you must be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic with a strong team-player mentality.
