The Lecturer in Sport Sciences (Biomechanics) within the School of Health and Sport Sciences contributes to the Faculty's teaching programs, is responsible for BZZZZZZZZLcoordinating and teaching in Sport Sciences and is also expected to contribute to other courses relevant to this discipline.
The successful applicant will be an established academic who is engaged in all three aspects of academic work—teaching, research and engagement. They will be an effective teacher, maintaining and developing research activity combined with the responsibility for research projects and supervision of honours students and candidates for higher degrees by research. The successful applicant will make important connections with and contributions to their discipline, community and significant involvement in faculty and University development.
