Legal and Compliance Manager (Dubai) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with regulators and legal counsel in jurisdictions where the company intends to carry out its business
- Ensuring compliance of all regulations across jurisdictions in which business is being carried out
- Liase with legal counsel, tax advisors etc to implement new structures in various jurisdictions
- Advising the business on global financial regulatory matters/changes
- Review and recommend for approval all PPMs, offer documents etc relating to offshore business
- Monitoring and managing investment related limit/risks
Requirements:
- Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Be detailed oriented
- Possess good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Be a team player and prepared to take supportive role where required
- Have a strong ability to work under tight deadlines
