Team DescriptionThe TSS Compliance team forms part of the EMEA Compliance Department and the Global TSS Compliance Team and is responsible for providing Compliance support and advice to all TSS lines of business in the region.

Job DescriptionReporting into the Compliance Director and covering the UK fund services and trust and fiduciary businesses as part of the WSS-aligned Compliance team, the key - but not exclusive - responsibilities of the role include:Providing advice and interpretation on a wide range of regulatory and firm policy issuesKeep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and providing advice to enable the businesses to operate in a compliant and controlled manner
Developing and implementing Compliance policiesConducting ongoing compliance risk assessmentsReviewing new business initiatives and assessing their regulatory implicationsDeveloping/executing compliance educationCo-coordinating/participating in regulatory and client due diligence visitsIn addition, working in partnership with other members of the regional/global TSS Compliance team supporting similar products in other locations, as well as participating in regional/global TSS Compliance projects.
