Legal Counsel 7-12 PQE (Financial Services)
As part of the global banking team, the successful candidate will enter a busy playing field and will be required to provide often complex advisory in relation to transactional, security documentation, investment banking, project finance, corporate (including ECM), securities law and other issues.
You will be a common law qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post-admission experience, a substantial portion of which will be in banking, preferably in Hong Kong. You will have strong experience in a portion of the matters referred to above.
