Legal Counsel – Immediate Start recruitment
The Company and Team:
- HK$800,000 to HK$1,400,000 depending on your level

The role:
- You will have a strong background in the preparation and negotiation of OTC derivatives
- Your role will involve keeping communication a main priority as well as fostering of interaction with and between divisional and regional teams in conjunction with client on-boarding team
Other duties:
- High and visible communication across all departments and assisting various stakeholders and providing sound legal advice related to negotiations
- Preparation/maintenance of files and records relating to all documents with respect to negotiation files
- Follow-up work, both internally and with counterparts to gather comments, information, review and complete agreements for execution in a timely manner
- Organisation and execution of completed agreements and dispatch for counterparts signature.
You will have:
- Excellent academic background
- 3 to 6 years in a law firm / financial services organisation
- Financial Services experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of ISDA and related agreements
- English and Chinese language skillset highly desirable
