Legal Counsel – Private Banking recruitment
Provide advice in legal matters for the benefit of the bank (incl. its branches and
representative offices) and its subsidiaries and deal with legal matters that may arise
between the Bank or the subsidiaries and third parties (including regulator, clients),
facilitating business by giving pro-active legal advice.
Missions:
• Help to ensure that effective procedures are in place to monitor, control and mitigate contractual, litigation, legislative and intellectual property risk;
• Handle of all litigations, client complaints with legal aspects or other situations that could result in a legal claim;
• Prepare and review legal contracts and documents
• Provide legal advice on new or existing project and services;
• Assist and advise HR in legal issues related to employment law;
• Resolve questions coming from the client or RM related to the account opening documentation and to the account relationship in general
• To represent the bank in legal matters and contact with local authorities
What we look for:
• Swiss qualified lawyer
• Good understanding of private banking business;
• Up to 3 years’ experience since qualifying as a lawyer;
• Language skills: Excellent German and fluent English skills
