Legal Counsel recruitment
As a qualified legal professional, your duties will include to give advice and guidance to Swiss companies and business and operations. You will help manage risks and support on projects, transactions, outsourcing and supply agreements.
For this challenging role, the ideal candidate should have the following background and abilities:
- Qualified to practise law (BAR admitted)
- More than 5 years post qualification experience
- 2-4 years experience working in a law company
- Experience in Swiss law and regulation
- Good knowledge of reinsurance law, corporate law and corporate governance
- Fluent in English and German
