Legal Counsel recruitment
In this role you will provide legal advice to the business on a range of legal and regulatory issues. You will also advise on new initiatives, draft and review legal documentation and provide legal and compliance guidance to the business. This role reports to the Regional Counsel in Hong Kong and has regional coverage throughout Asia.
To be successful in the role you will be 5 to 8 years experience qualified with strong drafting skills and magic circle/white shoe training. A background in private equity or investment management would be an advantage.
This would be a great role for someone wanting to move in-house from private practice.
